Intended Use: Intended for use as a source of protein and foaming, gelling, and binding agent in baked goods and baking mixes; smoothies, powdered shake mixes, and eggnog; alcoholic egg white cocktails; ready-to-eat breakfast cereals; breaded mozzarella sticks; marshmallows; milk analogs; egg analogs; mayonnaise and salad dressings and vegetable oils; ice cream, frozen yogurts and sherbet; fruit and water ices; gelatins, puddings, and fillings; plain pasta and egg rolls and dumplings; sauces and dips; milk and milk-based drinks; meat analogs; cereal, granola, and protein bars; and soft candy at maximum levels ranging from 3 to 25 g of ovalbumin per 100 g.
