Intended Use: Intended for use as a source of protein in dry-blend protein powders at levels up to 90%; beverages, soups and nutritional beverages at levels up to 50%; meat alternatives at levels up to 30%; meal replacement and nutritional bars at levels up to 20%; imitation dairy products, snack foods, and bakery products at levels up to 10%; and processed meat products at levels up to 7% by weight in the food as consumed.
