Intended Use: For use as a low calorie bulking agent, formulation aid, humectant and texturizer in baked goods and baking mixes; beverages and beverage bases; breakfast cereals; chewing gum; fats and oils; frozen dairy desserts and mixes; gelatins, puddings, and fillings, hard candy; jams and jellies, commercial; milk products; nuts and nut products; snack foods; soft candy; soups and soup mixes; sugar substitutes; and dietary supplements (as a binder, filler or excipient) at levels ranging from 1.9 to 93% of the finished food.
