Phosphatidylserine derived from sunflower

Intended Use: Intended for use in milk, flavored milk, milk drinks (excluding milk, fluid), milk imitation (soy milk), milk-based meal replacement , yogurt, breakfast bars, and fruit flavored drink at levels of 100 milligrams (mg) phosphatidylserine per serving; in breakfast cereals and milk, fluid at 50 mg/serving; and in medical foods at levels not to exceed 300 mg/serving.
