Polysorbate 65

Intended Use: Intended for use as an emulsifier and antifoam agent in beer and malt beverages (including hard cider), carbonated water, carbonated energy drinks, carbonated fruit drinks and carbonated fruit juice drinks, soft drinks, carbonated wine, and carbonated alcoholic beverages with <15% alcohol by volume (ABV) at a level of not more than 10 mg/kg. CO2Sustain states that polysorbate 65 is not intended for use in infant formula, products under the U.S. Department of Agricultures jurisdiction, or in foods for which standards of identity preclude its use.
