Sunflower lecithin

Intended Use: Intended for use as an emulsifier, dispersing agent, wetting agent and as a release agent at levels not to exceed current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) in food (including as an emulsifying agent in meat and poultry products), and as a dietary source of choline at levels up to 3 g per 100 g in milk-based, non-exempt infant formula for term infants.
