Lacto-N-neotetraose

Intended Use: Intended for use as an ingredient in non-exempt infant formula for term infants and formula for young children (>12 months) at a level up to 0.6 g/L, in other food categories at maximum levels up to 20 g/L, and excluding use in alcoholic beverages, products under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Agriculture, or in foods where standards of identity preclude its use. Long Health states that the use of LNnT in infant formula is not restricted to any specific protein base (e.g.,cow milk-based and soy-based).
