Pleurotus pulmonarius mycelia and Chlorella vulgaris microalgae

According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.
Intended Use: Intended for use as an ingredient in bread, pizza dough, crackers, tortillas, pasta, noodles, and meat/poultry, seafood, and dairy alternatives at levels ranging from 10 to 99%, excluding uses in infant formula and products under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Agriculture.
