Mycelial biomass of Fusarium compactum CGMCC 41312 (fungal protein)

According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.
Intended Use: Intended for use as an ingredient at levels up to 90% of the final product in baked good and baking mixes, dairy product analogs, fats and oils, dried pasta noodles, plant protein products, high protein juices, frozen or shelf-stable prepared soups, frozen or shelf-stable prepared meals, and quick-frozen prepared cuisine products.
